Closed Chapter Ride

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.  All guests must sign an event release.

Memorial Day Ride

Sunset Chapter has been invited to attend the American Legion Beaverton Post #124 Memorial Day event that is held at the Beaverton Veterans Memorial Park.
We will ride from Paradise Harley-Davidson to the park and attend the event. After the event has ended, we will then ride to the Vietnam Veterans of Oregon Memorial by the Oregon Zoo.

Paradise Arrival Time: 9:30 AM
Kick Stands Up (KSU): 10:00 AM

Ride 47

This is a ride with a lot of variety. We will ride through some wonderful twisty westside mountain roads and pass through several small towns. The ride will be about 7 hours or so with stops and will cover 175 miles. We will leave Paradise Harley-Davidson, head out hwy 26, and head north on Cornelius Pass Rd. We will head west on Hwy 30 to Clatskanie where we will stop for comfort. Next, it's hwy 47 south to Vernonia for fuel and lunch at the Black Iron Grill. After lunch, we'll get back on Hwy 47 to Hwy 26 for a few miles then turn south on Hwy 47 through Banks.

Marilyn's Ride

57-mile ride, up 217 to Barnes Rd, to Thompson Rd, to West Union, into Claremont. Here, we will give Marilyn a ride around the neighborhood; once completed, continue to West Union to 185th Ave, over Skyline Dr, to Johnson Rd to Helvetia Rd, through Hillsboro, back to Paradise Harley-Davidson.

Arrive: 9:00 am
KSU: 9:30 am
