  The Sunset Chapter of H.O.G. loves to ride, and we love to ride safely as a group. To help keep our rides safe, we offer a Group Riding Orientation (GRO) session to all riders throughout the riding season. The GRO sessions are led by our Sunset Road Captains who will explain the terminology and skills needed to ride safely and comfortably with other bikers.

For the 2026 Chapter Challenge, your task is to 1) locate a town listed on the Oregon State Ghost Towns list, 2) take a photo with yourself, your bike, Sunset Chapter logo flyer and the town’s sign, 3) submit the photo to [email protected].. (one entry per town, per current member, no group photos)

Sunset Chapter Ride It's a surprise! Meet at Steelhead H-D at 10am for an adventure! The Lead Road Captain will let riders know where the route will take them the morning of the ride. Generally, the rides will be around 2-3 hours in length and cover about 60-100 miles. We will return to Steelhead H-D in time for the Sizzlin' Saturday event and a delicious hotdog lunch.

Paradise Harley-Davidson has changed ownership, with industry veteran Erik Paulson acquiring the dealership from longtime owner Mike Durbin in a transaction that closed Feb. 2. Durbin is stepping away from the powersports industry after more than two decades as an owner-operator. During his tenure, Paradise Harley-Davidson built a reputation as a stable presence in its market, serving Harley-Davidson riders with a full lineup of new and pre-owned motorcycles, parts, service and community-focused events.

2018 marks the beginning of a new HOG program called "Ride 365". We are a big Chapter in the region, and if we all work together, we have a good chance of winning one of the prizes.  Please take a few minutes to drop by Paradise Harley-Davidson with your VIN and Odometer reading to make sure you are registered.  This is different from the regular Mileage Program, so even if you are already registered for the Mileage Program, you still need to register for Ride 365. Let's rack up those miles!! See you on the road.
