Detroit Lake Ride

Hold on to your handlebars... Our Senior Road Captain; Harry Dicterson is leading the group on a trip up to Detroit Lake. Plan on twists and turns along with some beautiful scenery! Our ride will officially end after lunch. You are free to explore around Detroit Lake, choose a new route home or tag along with Harry back to PHD. 

The journey starts at PHD, after a short ride on 217, I-5 and I-205. We will take the Clackamas Scenic River Road  - this is where the fun begins!  We will continue to Springwater Rd, then onto HWY 211 to the eastern end of Estacada. We will explore HWY 224, until we reach our first stop at the Ripplebrook Ranger Station. We will jump back on our bikes and travel along road NF-46, through the beautiful scenic foot hills, until we arrive at Detroit Lake. Here we will stop for lunch (details will be coming), where we can enjoy catching up! Remember to social distance and wear your mask. Unfortunatly, this is where our ride ends and we all part ways.... until our next adventure together!
